Halloween Show was a Blast

The third annual WLHA former staffers live  broadcast Oct. 29th was a Halloween Treat.

We had a great time preparing and airing the premier of Death on the Dial.  The five episode drama stars 23 of your WLHA friends in a suspense filled tale of death in the darkness of Elm Drive B.

If you missed some or all of the episodes, we have links posted at the WLHA RADIO STAFF Facebook site that allow you to listen to any of the episodes at your leisure.  There was a lot of other fun stuff on the broadcast, but we don't have an easy way to post such a huge file at present. We're working on it though.

We need your photos and tapes

Please dig through your closets, garage, attic and basement.

We need old photos of the station and staff, as well as posters, playlists and airchecks.

We also need your help to contact former staffers.  Who are you still in contact with?

Staff alumni and missing staff list.

Here is  an air name/real name cross-reference of former staffers we are compiling from memory. Some of these have been located and contacted. The rest we are actively seeking.

We know there are many more not yet on the list and we need your help to complete the list and get in contact with as many as possible.      Click Here

It was Fall 2007 and the airwaves came alive with the long silent sounds of WLHA. The occassion was a special broadcast to cheer up Andy Arns while he recuperated from hip replacement surgery.  This was the broadcast that triggered the web site and reunion.         Click Here

Emergency Show Tapes

Three hour generic taped shows, which could be played to cover shifts when the scheduled announcer was unavailable.  They got played so often the name "Emergency Show Tape" seemed a bit preposterous.
